What does my subscription to U.S. Business Journal entitle me to?
Your subscription allows you to view and print our great newsletter the moment it comes out, on-line, put up each morning at 9:00 a.m. C.S.T. You may also search our business news archives by keyword or company name. The search is powerful enough for the even most demanding credit manager: Specify date ranges or search the entire archive for all dates; search bankruptcies, distressed and rapidly expanding companies, or both; see the company name highlighted in your search results for better clarity; and know that the search is flexible enough to account for punctuation, different spellings, and typographical errors. For example, if you search for "AOL," the search results will show you any article containing "AOL," "AOL Time Warner," or "AOL Time Warner Corp." If you search for "Enzon," you'll also get results with articles about Enron.

What does my subscription to Company Tracker entitle me to?
Your subscription to Company Tracker adds a unique field to your control panel when you log into the subscriber area of the site. You'll have a text box in which you can enter the names of all the companies you want to track - as few as 1 or as many as 500, the choice is yours - and anytime an article gets published about one of the companies in your list, you'll automatically receive an instant e-mail alert containing that article. This incredibly useful tool helps you stay in tune with the financial conditions of companies important to you or your business.

How do I subscribe to U.S. Business Journal?
Subscribing to U.S. Business Journal is easy. Simply click on "order" in the navigation bar to the left or click here to fill out our on-line subscription form. Be sure to choose a username and password you will remember. Once you fill out and submit the order form, an invoice will be faxed to you within 24 hours. But you don't have to wait to begin using this website. Your new username and password begin working right away.

Help! I've forgotten my password!
No problem. All you have to do is go to the log in/forgotten password page, enter the e-mail address you used to subscribe, and your password will automatically be e-mailed to you. The mailing happens instantly, but please allow for normal potential Internet delays.

I've entered my username and password, but I still can't get in.
Always try entering your username and password a second time if the first time fails. And, remember, usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Make sure you are entering them exactly as you set them up, that your CAPS LOCK is off, and that you have not made any typos.

What is the subscribers area of U.S. Business Journal?
The subscribers area is the jumping off point for subscribers to search our archives and view the day's credit news. If you subscribe to the Company Tracker, it's also the place for you to manage the list of companies you're watching. To enter the subscriber area, simply click Log In on the left, then enter your username and password.
